Steak: it’s what’s for dinner

Big roast, dry rub, wrapped in bacon, sauced with maple syrup and Frank’s Red Hot.

Dripping down over a medley of red and fingerling potatoes, baby carrots, whole mushrooms, onions, and cloves of garlic.

Add water and oil to the pan to keep everything from sticking.

A couple of hours later….mmm.

And I have bacon for breakfast in the morning.
