Wang’s: triple teriyaki

I’ve been pronouncing it wrong for the last 25 years. It took a hillbilly (seams strange but he said he was just happy to have a job) answering their phones as “Wong’s” for me to have this epiphany.

They’re closed on Monday nights and it seems like that’s the only time that the wifey and I are ever up that way. A confluence of events but us in a position last night to finally be able to enjoy it.

So good. It comes out on a fajita skillet. Different. Some of the sauce does burn on the skillet so you get a bit of a strange smell, but you’ll quickly forget amour that when you start eating.
